At Outfitt.co, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request an exchange or return under the following terms and conditions.
Exchange Policy
We gladly accept exchange requests for unworn, unwashed, and unused items with all original tags attached within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers must provide their order number and mention the reason for exchange.
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only if:
The item received is damaged or defective.
An incorrect item was delivered.
The product received differs significantly from the item ordered.
Requests for return must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Outfitt.co reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise before approving any refund or replacement.
Exchange & Return Procedure
Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Reason for Return/Exchange
Clear pictures (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Step 2: Repack the Merchandise
Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
Ensure all tags, labels, and accessories are included.
Step 3: Send the Parcel
Customers are responsible for sending exchange items back through a reliable courier service unless the return is due to an error by Outfitt.co.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.
If Outfitt.co has shipped the wrong or defective item, we will cover the replacement shipping charges.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in approved return cases.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
Refunds will be made through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or the original payment method where applicable.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
Products without original tags.
Washed, used, worn, or damaged products.
Customized or personalized items.
